Identity Verification
Passport, national ID card, or driver's licence โ front and back copy with legible photo.
Real-time selfie or video compared against the ID document to prevent identity fraud.
Anti-spoofing test to confirm the person is physically present during the verification process.
Extraction of name, date of birth, and document number via optical character recognition.
Address Verification
Utility bill, landline, or internet bill dated within the last 3 months.
Bank statement from the last 3 months showing full name and residential address.
Official government letter or tax document confirming the registered address.
Income and Financial Profile
Latest tax return to verify declared income and financial profile consistency.
Recent payslips for employed individuals, confirming regular income level.
Current account statements to analyse financial flows and detect inconsistencies.
Corporate Documents (Legal Entities)
Official proof of company registration from the relevant national registry.
Consolidated version of the articles including the company's purpose and share structure.
Declaration of all natural persons holding more than 25% of shares or voting rights.
Copies of valid ID for all directors, authorised signatories, and beneficial owners.
Screening and Filtering
Screening against national and international PEP databases to identify heightened risk.
Verification against EU, UN, OFAC, and HMT sanctions lists.
Search through press and media databases for negative news and reputational risk indicators.
Classification of the client into low, standard, or high risk with documented justification.
